ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rob Cathcart - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will help grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet needs-based sales goals
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Ability to contribute to a high performing team

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
